I’m Nidhi, and I have been practicing yoga since childhood, which has been an integral part of my life. My journey began at the age of 10 when I started participating in yoga competitions, and over the years, I have had the honor of winning 52 medals at various levels—from city championships to world championships. I’ve also been fortunate to receive recognition such as the Yoga Pride Award and the Youth Yoga Icon Award from the Sports of India.
I’ve spent the last five years sharing my passion and knowledge through teaching, specializing in Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Pranayama (breathing exercises), and meditation. Whether you’re a complete beginner or looking for advanced practice, I am here to guide you. I also offer specialized yoga for women’s health, pre-and postnatal yoga, and Pilates. Yoga is more than just a physical exercise—it’s a way to connect with your inner self and lead a balanced, healthy life.
